Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. Due to the nature of fine art and made-to-order prints, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, preference, or décor suitability.


Damages or Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We may request photographs of the item and packaging for verification. If approved, a replacement or refund will be issued at our discretion. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted. For assistance, please contact us.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange: original artwork, fine art prints, custom or commissioned pieces, sale items, and gift cards.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, without providing a reason. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect. This right does not apply to custom or made-to-order items where exemptions are permitted by law.


Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.
